Mission 

Though we all have unique lives and stories, it's safe to say that today's world yanks us in conflicting directions, leaving gaps we feel anxious to fill. We're on a quest to find and sustain happiness, a sense of peace, good health, and connection with loved ones, and when life gets in the way it seems there is always something knocking us off the right foot.

My mission is to bring us back home.

About carly

 

Carly's practice focuses on cultivating awareness and respect for where we are in every moment. Having experimented with yoga to support her dance practice, she became fascinated with its philosophy and began to experience more ease and spaciousness in her life. Her classes emphasize self-study and detailed alignment, helping students find the balance between effort and ease in each moment. A 500-hour ISHTA certified yoga teacher, Carly's  intention is to assist each individual in experiencing themselves, their practice, and each moment more fully. She teaches Contact Improvisation, an incredibly joyful and accessible dance form, and is also a “friendly visitor” in hospice care. She is passionate about making the world a more tolerable, loving place.
